Many struggle with getting into an airplane. A girlfriend, her husband and 3 kids left for a trip the other day across the country but she was so fearful of going. She didn’t tell her family this, only me. What was her biggest fear? … FEAR! Panic Away could help her with this.
Fear of the plane going down, fear that the pilot may be too tired, fear that they might run out of gas, fear of terrorism, fear of the weather, fear of turbulence…the list was unending. She found it very difficult to remain confident and in control, those anxious feelings really got to her. 45 minutes later she was suppose to be leaving for the airport… I quickly showed her Panic Away`s One Move technique and within minutes I could see a difference. Great News! She felt the difference too and immediately started to calm down, and once the panic subsided she actually was looking forward to her vacation. Fear wants to take you down, you need to tell it, not a chance!. Tell FEAR to step aside and be in control of your life again. I’m so thankful she got on that plane and is having so much fun, but what about all the millions of people that won’t get on the plane and have let anxiety and panic disorder ruin their fun and their life?
Life is short, I truly believe that we should live it to the fullest. So let TODAY be the day where you finally put an END to your anxiety and panic attacks. Panic Away was carefully created by a former anxiety sufferer and it has literally helped thousands to break free from the bondage of anxiety. Every person is afraid of something aren’t they? We eventually believe that fear is normal and it’s just something we have to live with. And our lives were meant to be lived without limitations, without doubt, and without FEAR. Sadly, most people live a life far less that the BEST. Fear is the weight that holds us back from living a life that is fun, fulfilled and joyful! Anxiety and stress are at an all time high in today’s world and panic away can make that anxiety vanish!
Although your fears may start off seeming non-threatening, over time like a snake it’s bite can be deadly. Many people stay away from what they’re afraid of, other’s work around their fear and some choose to believe that their fear is not a big deal. We must understand and come to the realization that fear will not stand still, it will continue to grow until it eventually consumes you.
Howard Hughes was one of the richest men in the world but he died with fear. He had enough money to do whatever he wanted but he spent the last years of his life locked up in hotel rooms. He was afraid of germs, afraid to contact people, FEAR totally controlled his life.
Fear Can Be Beaten
- Watch your words. Speak good words and become a good person.
- Choose Power. Many people are fearful only because they allow their ruts of fear to continue to control their thinking. A rut doesn’t stay the same. The more you use it, the bigger it gets. Face up to your responsibilities and learn to DO IT afraid.
- Choose freedom and believe that freedom from fear is possible. It’s OUR life and OUR choice!
- Don’t quit and you will WIN!
- Don’t allow the fear to control and steer your thoughts, if you do the general pattern of your thinking will be fearful. So renew your mind with positive thoughts and watch your life change for the better.
Start to have hope for tomorrow, get a vision in your mind and go for it! Although things may happen around you that are negative, realize that the most important thing is the vision inside of you. You are in control.
Become serious and committed to winning with whatever it takes and fear will turn and run! Attack fear in your life and GROW as a person. Tear down every limit in your life and others too!

Are you feeling tired, exhausted or low energy? It may be the result of eating the wrong foods.
There are certain foods that will help you rev up your engine, leaving you feel more energized. Many anxiety sufferers feel exhausted and stressed out so it’s important to not only eat healthy and pick super foods that really help but to learn how to cure the anxiety or panic attacks, panic away can help.
You remember that feeling after eating a greasy hamburger, fries and soft drink at your favorite fast food restaurant. I know I end up feeling sluggish and a heavy feeling in my stomach. It’s far better to pick a meal that contains complex carbohydrates, protein, and fats to leave you feeling more satisfied.
Don’t rely on caffeine or energy drinks to give you energy, these are short-term and can be loaded with sugar. Choose healthier natural foods and you will start to feel your energy increase. Choose complex carbohydrates, they release energy slowly into the bloodstream and help to keep your blood sugar evenly balanced. Limit fats and choose iron rich foods. Reduce your amount of simple carbohydrates like candy bars, potato chips and soft drinks. A healthier snack instead of something sugary is crackers, cheese and fruit or yogurt.
And don’t skip breakfast. Ater going 11 hours or more without food, when you wake up your body needs to refill, it can’t run on empty. Not knowing when you’re going to feed it next, without eating breakfast your metabolism starts to slow down in order to conserve calories.

OCD affects 2 million American adults and can lead to anxiety or depression. OCD seems to affect just as many men as women with 1/3 of all adults developing symptoms as a child. Statistics show that it can be genetic or can also begin in childhood, the teen years or early adulthood. Learn How Panic Away can CURE your anxiety attacks.
OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a type of anxiety where a person experiences unwanted thoughts or fears that lead them to obsess and do repititive ritualistic behaviours such as checking to make sure the door is locked several times, or driving by a certain spot several times to make sure no one is ran over.
A girlfriend of mine was over a few nights ago and she was telling me how she suffers from OCD since the eighth grade. Her behaviour consists of always having things perfectly neat and lined up, when her friends come over and move anything in her room out of her symmetrical alignment it triggers her anxiety and she immediately feels stricken with panic, this had led her to finally talk to each of her friends individually expressing how she feels and her OCD. Now all of her friends are doing their best to understand her situation and her panic attacks. At first she felt embarrassed but after bringing it out in the open she appreciates their care and concern and she can relax a lot more. But she wants to learn how to get OVER it!
Symptoms of OCD:
- Picking at your skin
- Driving around the block several times to make sure no one has been run over
- Counting, ritualistic behaviours or patterns that you feel compelled to do and can`t seem to stop doing.
- Repeating certain phrases
- Fear of appliances left on or door not being locked so you check over and over and over
- Constantly cleaning your house even when it`s not dirty
- Fear of dirt or germs
- Needing things to be orderly and symmetrical, aligning them in a certain way that feels “perfect“.
- Obsessive about weight, constantly weighing yourself several times a day
- Frequent hand washing, fear of being contaminated
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and anxiety are definitely linked. If OCD is left untreated it can really take over your life, leaving you like it’s impossible to stop obsessing over the behaviour.
OCD can interfere with a person’s life taking up to hours a day to perform rituals or behaviors, the person can usually recognize that the behaviours don’t make sense but are unable to stop.
Don’t let the unwanted, obsessive thoughts or behaviours harass you any longer, get back in the driver seat of your life. The Panic Away program will help you to recover from anxiety attacks and the results will last a LIFETIME!
